Okay, when I think "Up In Smoke", I think of that extremely graphic and frightening documentary, especially seeing as Patrick and Spongebob are holding cigarettes.  And just like the victims from the documentary, it looks like Spongebob and Patrick are rotting to the core, going from almost dead to dead.  Yeah, that documentary scared me to the very core of my soul (I was in junior high) and I never thought I'd recover from it.
